Actively seeking a Senior Human Resources Compliance Manager for a HYBRID and Full-Time Position within a Law Firm. The manager needs to have at least 5-10+ years of experience in an HR management role, with a focus in Compliance across multiple jurisdictions, preferably with prior legal experience or within professional services, financial services, or banking.-HOURS: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM ESTSCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID (3 Days In Office) | Manhattan, NYPAY: $150 - $205K (Commensurate wExperience) + Discretionary BonusBENEFITS HIGHLIGHTS: Health, Dental, Vision, 401K, etc.-IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSBachelor's Degree REQUIRED; Human Resources or Business Administration, or Related FieldSPHRPHR certification andor advanced degree PREFERRED5-10+ years of relevant HR management experience in a professional services environmentStrong MS Office Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); Workday ProficiencyStrong Verbal and Written Communication Skills-ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the subject matter expert on all firm Human Resources compliance policies, procedures and programs to ensure that they meet legal requirementsPartner with the Office of the General Counsel (OGC) to produce interpretations of findings as well as recommendations on changes to existing policies and firm systems.Stay informed about changes in employment laws, regulations, and industry standards that may impact HR policiesAddress additional compliance issues such as state leave laws, insurance entitlements, and monthly pay for exempt mitment to confidentiality, integrity, ethics, and dedicationStay updated on emerging compliance issues, especially in areas such as AI regulations and data privacy in AsiaAdditional duties as assigned and needed for the department-SearchPointNYNoor Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
