Director of Information Technology

The Director of Information Technology & Systems will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of organizational information systems, software applications, and IT support and infrastructure systems.Key Responsibilities:Oversee IT operations, systems and Third-Party ProvidersAdministrate and manage Yardi ERP software, including programming new reports and custom processesDevelop organizational IT strategy (cloud, information systems, security, communication systems)Develop, manage, and track the IT Department's annual budgetAnalyze business requirements across departments to determine technology needsMonitor systems' performance to ensure smooth delivery of IT servicesIdentify opportunities to leverage technology for improved corporate efficiencyReview technology requirements for client-facing systemsCreate processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systemsProvide direction, guidance, and training to office staff on various IT systemsAct as primary point of contact for assigned locations and newly integrated practicesManage end-to-end project management and IT integration processesReview and optimize communication and telecommunication services and expendituresMaintain regular support cadence with integrated practicesAdminister company policies and manage compliance requirementsEstablish and upgrade IT procedures to improve efficienciesRequired Qualifications:Master's or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research or Business Administration5-8 years in a supervisory role2 years minimum overseeing IT operations and systemsMinimum 1-2 years advanced Yardi software experience2 years Procore software experience2 years QuickBooks desktop experience
