They manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement process to ensure timely, cost-effective, and sustainable sourcing. By aligning sourcing strategies with business goals, the Sourcing Manager supports product innovation, optimizes supply chain efficiency, and upholds quality standards to drive the company's competitive edge in the market.The Sourcing Manager plays a critical role within the sourcing and production department, bridging design, production, and supply chain teams to secure quality materials that align with the company's cost and sustainability goals. Reporting directly to the VP of Sourcing and Production, this role supports the strategic sourcing vision, oversees supplier management, and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient material procurement. By managing relationships and coordinating with suppliers, the manager ensures alignment with broader business objectives, from cost savings to product quality and timely delivery.This is a full-time role based in our corporate office in Sherman Oaks, California.
