Sales Project Manager

A fast-growing packaging manufacturer is looking to add a dedicated Sales Project Manager to their team. In this role, you would have the opportunity to interact with several different people within the manufacturing facility ensuring customers are being taken care of. You would collaborate with the internal sales team, production management, other customer service reps, and customers. This is an on-site position, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm!ResponsibilitiesWork heavily with the sales team to make sure customers are being provided top-notch customer service.Collaborate with scheduling and shipping departments for timely order fulfillment.Engage in projects, understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.Utilize tech skills to assist customers and adapt to industry-specific software.Contribute to daily backlog meetings, enhancing operational efficiencyManage data entry and orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.Provide excellent customer and sales support, coordinating with internal teams and addressing inquiries.Qualifications:Manufacturing and packaging industry experience is a PLUS.Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail is a must.Customer-Centric: A background in customer support is dustry Learning: A willingness to learn and develop a deep understanding of the industry.Working Hours: Standard office hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend work required.
