Additionally, you will perform preventative maintenance and maintain the grounds and common areas, reporting any concerns.Promptly addressing resident service requestsPerforming hands-on maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and morePreparing market-ready apartments and maintaining community groundsConducting regular community inspections to identify necessary repairs or replacementsWhat You'll Need To Thrive:Hands-on maintenance experience in areas including, but not limited to plumbing, electrical, appliance, and HVAC is necessary.High School diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and good driving record along with auto insurance will be required when working between multiple sites that require driving throughout the day. If you do not possess a valid driver's license, you will be required to sign an addendum agreeing not to drive any form of registered motorized vehicle while at workon the puter literacy, and must be able to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English for all work-related purposesKnowledge of federal and state apartment housing lawsAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsMust be able to respond to emergencies after normal business hours and on weekends when assigned on-call responsibilities; a telephone number where you can be reached after-hours must be provided to your managerService team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own smartphone to perform certain aspects of their jobBonus Qualifications:Trade school certificationdiplomaEPA Section 608 Type I, Type II or Universal certificationResidential or commercial property management, hospitality, or retail experienceSalary: $26.64 - $32.56 HourThe successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.
