Associate- Real Estate Portfolio Management & Strategy

Global Real Estate Fund Group is in search of an Associate to join its portfolio strategy team. This role will be evaluating assets to best represent its portfolio strategy. The associate will be overseeing the work of real estate management and operations to ensure the portfolio companies are executing its business plans. The role will determine the strategy to sell, buy, refinance, invest in capital improvements, development, andor leasing initiatives for the portfolio. Successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in RE Asset Management with strong underwriting, valuations and pro forma analysis. Experience with multifamily house will be a plus but not required.
