Lead AI ML Engineer

Job Role- Lead AI ML EngineerMode of Hire- Full Time Location- Seattle, WA ( Hybrid) What you'll do: • You will design, build, and maintain scalable and robust data pipelines and architectures to support data collection, transformation, and integration from various sources. • Lead and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high standards of engineering excellence. • Demonstrate effective communication skills by clearly articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Facilitate seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams from Business and Technology domains to align project goals, gather requirements, and drive successful project outcomes. • You will communicate complex technical findings and solutions to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders. Must Haves: • A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field. • 6+ years of strong experience in building models and extracting insights with supervised and unsupervised techniques using both machine learning and deep learning methodologies. • Build, deploy, monitor, and maintain Machine Learning models which could be stand alone or be part of AI Products. • Hands on experience in Experience with building models on structured and unstructured data. • Hands on experience in Python based ML frameworks like Scikit-learn, SciPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, MLFlow, Hugging Face, Databricks (nice to have). • Stay updated with advancements in AIML, particularly in time-sensitive prediction methodologies and technologies
