In this role you will work 3 daysweek in the office. Job Summary:Business Analyst with a background in incident management, business analytics, and technical support.This resource, you will work closely with the Incident Management leadership to analyze data and be responsible for developing and maintaining incident management reports and providing insights to management and executives.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain incident management reports and dashboardsProvide insights and reports to management and executives on incident trends and performance metricsAnalyze incident data and identify trends to improve incident management processesWork closely with cross-functional teams to identify root cause and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with the Incident Management team to develop and maintain incident management processes and proceduresRequirements:Reporting and visualization: Ability to create reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or ExcelExcel Power Query.ServiceNow knowledge and experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to present technical information to executives in a clear and concise mannerAbility to work well under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesPreferred Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology, or related fieldPreferred 3+ years of experience in incident management, business analytics, and technical support
