Together, we can help people build stronger communities "” we're just getting started.This Event coordinator role will be responsible for the planning and execution of internal and external Recruiting events.Responsibilities (Event Planning & Execution):Manage all Meta wide Recruiting eventsDevelop and implement events including planning, program management, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, logistics, marketing and other core elements to successfully meet event objectives by executing eventsCoordinate event production and logistics such as catering, security, audio visual, room acquisition reservations and staging where necessaryManage relationships and and projects with external event vendorsManagement of our events calendar and tracking towards our budgetManage inventory and SWAG for eventsAttendance at events, acting as the Event lead point of contact and ensuring that events are executed wellCollaborate with Marketing and Brand team to refine best practicesCreate event recaps and administer surveys to track the ROI and results from eventsAdditional responsibilities include raising purchase orders, vendor management and partnering with cross functional teamsMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 3+ years of similar event planning coordinator or event manager, event marketer roleExcellent organizational skillsExceptional attention to detailAbility to negotiate effectivelyStrong customer satisfaction focusEffective oral and written communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the org as well as externallyExperience working in a team environment and across cross functional teamsAbility to prioritize and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high volume environmentStrong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skillsAbility to handle ambiguous situations and deliver on desired goalsPreferred Qualifications:Recruiting events events planning experienceExperience with Microsoft office and Google SuitePay Rate RangeMin Pay Rate: $30Max Pay Rate: $34Currency: USDBenefits InformationTundra's benefits offering includes optional medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, up to 15 Days PTO per annum and a New Child Benefit.Tundra Technical Solutions is among North America's leading providers of Staffing and Consulting Services.
