Please ONLY local candidates to Columbia South Carolina. Expected to be able work various shifts within 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. EDT timeframe. Monday-Friday. Hybrid Work Schedule, 3 days in office, 2 days remote. 6 months temp to perm. MUST be Bilingual skills (verbal, written, read) in EnglishSpanish. MUST have previous experience working as a customer service representative.Work Location: Columbia South CarolinaPay: $20-21hour W2Responsibilities:Responsible for addressing customer service concerns, inquiries and activitiesResponsible for retention and selling the value of Combined products and servicesResponsible for creating a positive customer experience through professionalism, amicability, and knowledge of Combined's products and systemsSupporting policyholders with insurance product informationWork with customers, via inbound and outbound calls, to assist those that wish to cancel their existing insurance coverage, reviewing products, benefits andor solving service and Claims issuesAssist clients by matching products with the needs to the clientAssist in the collection of current and past due premiumsProvide detailed information about policies statusesAssist with basic technical troubleshooting for websiteapp related issuesBasic computer skills and knowledge of database softwareDemonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skillsAbility to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and performance requirementsAbility to remain calm in stressful situationsAbility to explain detailed policy concepts in a simple way
