A financial firm is looking for a Starburst Engineer to join their team in New York, NY.Pay: $100-110hrUS Citizens OnlyLocal to NY OnlyNO C2CResponsibilities:Develop, configure, and maintain Starburst data queries to support analytics.Optimize data queries for performance and tegrate Starburst with various data sources, such as SQL and cloud storage.Collaborate with BI and data engineering teams to ensure data availability.Qualifications:Required Strong experience in SQL and data query optimization.Hands-on experience with Starburst or TrinoPresto.Familiarity with data lakes, cloud storage, and ETL processes.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.PreferredProficiency in Python or Java for automation.Knowledge of distributed data systems and data architecture.
