Distressed Credit Analyst - Hedge Fund

We are currently working with an Event Driven Credit Fund that are looking to expand their investment team. The fund takes a fundamental approach investing across the capital structure. They are looking for an Analyst with c.3 - 5 years of experience to join the team. Responsibilities:Conduct detailed analysis of event driven investments.Experience looking at distressed and special situations, ideally with a legal or regulatory catalyst.Provide investment recommendation to the IC.Work closely with the wider team, portfolio managers, traders and analyst on the investment process.Support the team on monitoring the portfolio.Candidate Profile:Minimum of 3 years of experience covering distressed debt. Ideally from an event driven perspective.Recent experience on the buy side preferred.A track record of generating high performing investment recommendations.Exposure to workoutrestructuring situations a benefit.
