Senior Director Branch Development

Our client is a growing FoodBev Manufacturing and Distribution Company who's looking to hire a talented Senior Director of Branch Development. This is an ON-SITE role that can be located at one of their facilities in the NYNJPennBaltimore area, and will require extensive travel throughout the region. Here's a quick run-down of the role itself, and then a bit more about the company at the bottom.Senior Director of Branch Development:Must have a minimum 7+ years of experience in general management in foodbev manufacturing and distributionWill be managing 6-9 distribution centers each with a staff of 20-40 employees, and will cover sales, operations (warehouse and fleet), and administration in 40-50K square foot facilitiesMust have experience managing multiple sitesManages all branch activities in conjunction with GM's, and will have full P&L responsibilityThis role will involve extensive travelResponsible for developing branches by selecting, training, scheduling, and coaching employeesSalary is likely $190k-$220k on the base + 35% Bonus, car allowance, Benefits, PTOOur client is healthy and growing nationally.
