RF Design Engineer -CA, TX, AR or WA

What you will be doing as a RF Design Engineer • Capacity or Modification list provided to engineer. Based on this list, create the needed polygon for a small cell cluster, search ring for a macro solution, and review the existing site hardware configuration to determine what modifications would be needed to meet the objective.• Review designs with system performance, and update Atoll with any requested changes. Notify PM of new Nodes or changes created to the design. Create a Fuze project per site andor node, with specific information that can be given to Real Estate. Description: Knowledge of RF theory and design for 5G (any band) NR and 4G LTE -Strong understanding of various RF tools such as Mapinfo, ArcGIS, Google Earth, Atoll, Roofmaster, FUZE Planning, Tracker, Dashboard, SPM, RFDS, and Conquest.Knowledge of productivity software such as MS Office and Google Suite.Superior organizational and project planning skills. -Excellent communication skills - written and verbal. -Works well with others in a team environment.DESIRED SKILLS: -Knowledge of scripting tools and automation using Visual Basic and Python.Coding and automation skills in any language is a plus.Experience with Model Tuning. -Understanding of LTE network KPIs and key parameters.JOB DUTIES:Review Candidates.
