The successful applicant will oversee accounting and finance for their assigned region(s). HUB offers great advancement opportunities, great culture, and the flexibility of a hybrid work environment.Our goals are to:Provide service and support to the business so that they have all the financial information that need to make informed decisionsContinuously improve our workflows and procedures to optimize resultsThe primary responsibilities include:Manage and coordinate the month end deliverablesManage and coordinate the monthly forecastSupervise and train Financial AnalystProactively determine the information needs of business leaders and provide it on a quality, accurate and timely basisCoordinate with our operations and executive management teams for finance related inquiresMaintain and distribute existing reporting and analysis as related to financial and operational metricsProvide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis to support business decisionsResearch, identify, and communicate key variances relating to financial and operational metricsManage and coordinate the annual budget processManage any current and future mergers and acquisitions from a financial standpointImplement procedural change to improve workflows and increase efficienciesCoordinate with corporate finance to ensure we are compliant with all corporate requirements and requestsVarious other assignments, as required.Position RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of accounting and finance experience requiredAdvanced MS Excel skillsAbility to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.Strong management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsJOIN OUR TEAMDo you believe in the power of innovation, collaboration, and transformation?
