We are currently seeking a Datacenter Operations Coordinator that will be a critical member of a U.S.-based global systems integrator providing technology solutions and services for commercial and government clients. This is a full-time permanent role supporting a key client for our program in Columbus, OH.This position is multifaceted and requires an individual who has a high attention to detail and is adaptable to an ever-changing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and is organized. This person has excellent time management ability, problem solvingcritical thinking skills, and has excellent written and oral communication skills.Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Assist with and execute site development projects with the Datacenter Operations ManagerHandle all onboarding for various Datacenter Accountsincludes background checks, drug screening, and other items required for account specific onboardingManage and process all sub-contractor invoicingManages all traveling and coordination required for all field team membersincludes any long-term travelAssist with internal coordination for acquiring shirts, safety vests, hard hats, glasses, gloves, and any other items required for the field teammatesAssist with and coordinate site tours and visits where applicableAssist with set-up, moves, and configuration changes & providing miscellaneous supplies as neededMaintain onsite contact listsResponsible for coordinating all employee events on andor offsiteAssist with and schedule onsite professional training classesTrack local event budgets in conjunction with marketing teamProcurementWork directly with corporate Procurement Operations onboarding and ordering from various vendors used at the Datacenter or new employeesOther duties as required by Operations ManagerQualifications3+ years of project manageroffice manager experiencePlanning, organizing and time management experienceExperience with Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Proven communication skillsExperience in team buildingExperience handling confidential informationKnowledge of business and management principlesExperience working independently as well as partnering with othersHigh-level of attention to detail and accuracySelf-starter and adaptable to a dynamic environmentReconcile charges from various expense accountsEvent planning experience preferredBudget management experience preferredSoft SkillsExceptional customer service skillsSelf-motivated and personal accountabilityThrives in fast-paced, team environmentHigh degree of attention to detailEstablished time management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skillsAdaptable to new processes and is solution minded when faced with challengesAble to successfully work independently with minimal oversightStrong computer skills - must be highly proficient with Microsoft office 365 products, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft SharePoint.
