Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Partner to join their esteemed Real Estate Litigation team in Los Angeles. This is an exceptional opportunity for an established professional who excels in complex real estate litigation, has a strong track record of success in state and federal courts, and possesses a deep understanding of the unique procedural rules that govern commercial real estate disputes. Their team is known for guiding clients through every stage of litigation and providing targeted strategies to avoid costly disputes.Responsibilities:Lead and manage complex real estate litigation matters in state and federal trial and appellate courts.Serve as a trusted advisor to developers, landowners, landlords, tenants, brokers, sellers, purchasers, and other contracting parties with diverse real estate interests.Handle commercial landlordtenant cases and other real estate disputes where sophisticated procedural knowledge and strategic expertise are paramount.Represent clients in arbitration and mediation as private dispute resolution alternatives.Guide clients through high-stakes cases, including partnership disputes, real estate security litigation, corporate takeovers, mortgage disputes, class actions, and title insurance issues.Provide oversight and strategic direction for a variety of cases, from adverse possession and public policy matters to construction disputes, environmental issues, lender liability, and large-scale reorganisations.Qualifications:Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school; active membership in the California State Bar.Extensive experience in real estate litigation with a focus on high-value, complex cases in commercial landlordtenant law, property rights, environmental matters, construction disputes, and related areas.Proven experience representing real estate clients in both trial and appellate courts, as well as in arbitration and mediation settings.Deep understanding of the procedural rules specific to commercial real estate litigation.Established client relationships and a portable book of business in the Los Angeles area.
