Position Description Summary:The Brands Associate is responsible for delivering sales and excellent customer service the designated stores of Pandora Jewelry. The Brands Associate takes pride in the Brand, is passionate about product and delivering a positive shopping experience in a service focused, well-maintained and friendly environment.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Put the customer first at all timesProvide memorable, highly personalized customer service through needs analyses and product recommendations.Offer customers promotional products and servicesBe able to resolve customer service issues and escalate as requiredCreate and maintain good working relationships with fellow associatesMaintain store appearance with respect to visual merchandising, housekeeping and maintenance standardsEfficiently and accurately conduct customer transactions on our POSEfficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns and transfer transactions, etc. on our handheldEfficiently and accurately complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.)Follow company policies and procedures and maintain a safe working environmentProcess all point of sale transactions in a friendly, quick, and efficient manner while complying with the company's Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating ProceduresSuccessfully show consistent performance on quarterly selling observationsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Passion for and knowledge of the Brand and product categoryDemonstrated selling experience in a service oriented retail setting.
