Junior Estimator (HVAC)Location: Sacramento, CACompensation: $23 to $25 per hour (DOE)About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Estimator with 2-5 years of experience and a solid background in HVAC to join our team in Sacramento. In this role, you will play a critical part in the bid estimation process, working closely with our estimating team to analyze project needs and ensure accurate, competitive bids.Key Responsibilities:Analyze blueprints, specifications, bid requests, and other project documentation to prepare labor time, labor cost, subcontractor, material, and equipment cost estimates.Provide Mechanical, Controls & PlumbingPiping take-off documentation and assist in the development of designs, budgets, bid estimates, and quotations.Contribute insights into bid strategies and recommend target markets to pursue.Support the full project estimating and bidding process to ensure project accuracy and client satisfaction.Requirements:2-5 years of relevant experience in estimating or related roles.HVAC experience is required.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with industry-standard estimating tools and software.
