Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, keeping records organized, and handling communications with clients, vendors, and internal teams. You'll enable the team to focus on what we do best"”creating timeless jewelry and strengthening client relations.Key Responsibilities and Skills for Success:Multitasking & Prioritization: You excel at juggling tasks in a high-energy environment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Problem Solving & Proactivity: You proactively identify and solve challenges, assisting with projects and events.Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.Team Collaboration: Work closely with a supportive team that values care and collaboration.Technological Efficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Slack, and Google Workspace to streamline operations.Discretion & Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with care and munication: A personable communicator, you engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Filing & Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous records of transactions and communications.Qualifications:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally in a high-security, luxury, or retail environment.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with Slack, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to new challenges.Discreet and trustworthy, especially when handling valuable merchandise.A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal communication skills.What Success Looks Like:You'll become a trusted partner to leadership, anticipating needs and addressing challenges before they arise.
