Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Order Fulfillment Analyst to manage end-to-end order fulfillment processes for high-impact customers. The ideal candidate will be skilled in supply chain coordination, delivery schedule optimization, and cross-functional communication. This role acts as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient order completion aligned with contractual requirements.Responsibilities:Oversee end-to-end order fulfillment processes, coordinating across supply chain and planning departments to ensure timely deliveries, proactively identifying and resolving any potential disruptions.Develop, monitor, and adjust delivery schedules based on customer needs, production timelines, and inventory levels to maintain alignment with contract obligations.Work closely with the supply chain, planning, and purchasing teams to assess key performance metrics, address evolving project needs, and support inventory management.Act as the primary contact for clients, communicating order updates, handling inquiries, and building strong relationships to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.Continuously evaluate and improve order fulfillment processes by gathering feedback from internal and external stakeholders, leveraging data to streamline workflows.Analyze order fulfillment data, track performance against KPIs, and provide regular reporting to management and relevant teams to drive strategic decisions and enhance operational efficiency.Ensure adherence to contractual terms and quality standards for all deliveries, maintaining documentation and updating stakeholders as needed to fulfill commitments.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in order fulfillment, supply chain, or logistics, with a strong background in managing high-stakes customer relationships.Proven ability to work cross-functionally within supply chain environments and to leverage data in optimizing fulfillment processes.1+ year of experience in a lead or supervisory role, with a strong focus on process efficiency and team collaboration.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and resolve issues across teams and customer accounts.
