The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Front Office development and the ability to work closely with trading teams on FX or Equity.Main Responsibilities:Analyze and understand key business needs of Fixed Income or EquityParticipate in the design of new tools and the industrializationoptimization of existing ones according to commando team standards. Primarily using C# or Python for the backend and Excel for the front-end (e.g., contribution, pricing, risk, and P&L spreadsheets).Provide support for trading tools (mainly in ExcelVBA and Python).Build and maintain a solid working relationship with the trading teams.Work within a team of commandos developers to address the needs of the Front Office.3-4 years of experience as a Front Office developer, working directly with traders.Strong communication skills and the ability to support Front Office users.Reactivity and autonomy.
