Our goal is to create an environment where we all win with precision.Job DescriptionYour CareerYou will lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) programs for Prisma Cloud, directly and visibly contributing to the design of GTM strategy and execution of key initiatives for our cloud security business. You will report to the Prisma Cloud GTM Strategy & Programs Principal, and will work in close partnership with the NGS (Next Generation Services) GTM leader, sales leaders and other senior leaders in the organization to solve complex top-of-mind strategy and GTM challenges.We are looking for a seasoned GTM expert who can help us achieve specific GTM objectives and architect THE leading cloud security business. This is an influential role with broad scope and responsibility, requiring a talented leader who likes to "roll their sleeves up," has a transformative mindset and demonstrates reliable judgment.Your ImpactDevelop and architect our GTM strategy and programs for Prisma Cloud, and drive projects and efforts to unlock cloud security business growth acceleration Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders (Sales Ops, Finance, Product, Marketing, HR) to gather the right information, pressure test your hypothesis, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution and unlock valueDrive change and be willing to wear multiple hats (strategy development, GTM program design, project management and execution) to do what it takes to move from ideation to executionAct as an advisor and sounding board for the GM of Prisma Cloud, Prisma Cloud sales leaders and other Prisma Cloud senior leadersQualificationsYour Experience6+ years relevant experience with at least 3+ years in top management consulting, private equity, top-tier tech strategy "bizops" functions or GTM programsGTM strategy andor GTM programs experience is a "must have"Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry, especially in SaaS, is a must; knowledge of cybersecurity industry is a plus, but not requiredExpert in building relationships and leading through influenceBias-for-action and execution mindset needed to deliver business objectives through GTM programsAdditional InformationThe TeamThe Prisma Cloud GTM and Strategy team works at the heart of the Prisma Cloud organization - THE leading cloud security business. Our team tackles cross-functional strategic initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and People teams, while driving our cloud security GTM Strategy and Programs. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for salescommissioned roles) is expected to be between $166000 - $269500YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus.
