Insight Global is looking for a Director of Patient Experience for a community hospital in the Myrtle Beach, SC area! Job Summary: The Director of Patient Experience is responsible for leading and managing the overall patient experience strategy to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction and engagement. This role involves developing and implementing programs, policies, and initiatives that enhance the patient journey, from initial contact through post-care follow-up. The Director will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to foster a culture of patient-centered care.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive patient experience strategy aligned with the organization's mission and goals.Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, including feedback collection, analysis, and action planning.Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff to identify and address areas for improvement in the patient experience.Oversee patient communication and education efforts to ensure clarity, empathy, and effectiveness.Implement and monitor patient experience metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).Foster a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care across the organization.Manage patient complaints and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.Develop and deliver training programs for staff on best practices in patient experience.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in patient experience and healthcare quality.Report regularly to senior leadership on patient experience performance and improvement initiatives. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare field.Minimum 7 years of experience in patient experience customer serviceMinimum 3 years of experience in healthcare leadershipA documented track record of implementing and accomplishing patient experience improvements in a health care organization or system required. Preferred:Master's DegreeExperience leading customer experience improvement in both health care and non-health care settings Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year annual compensation. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
