Principal E&I Engineer - Petrochem Heavy Industry SectorsJob Scope:As a Lead Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer, you will oversee a team of engineers and designers, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of electrical and instrumentation projects. Your responsibilities will include:Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:Review and approve electrical deliverables.Validate and track project estimates.Develop design criteria and ensure compliance with codes and itiate change orders as needed.Plan and organize team work, communicating effectively with team members, project leadership, and clients.Monitor project progress and performance against budget and schedule.Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and collaborate with other disciplines.Develop conceptual designs, cost estimates, and detailed engineering calculations.Review and check calculations, specifications, and drawings.Participate in training and development initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.Professional Engineering (PE) registration preferred.15+ years of relevant industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering.If this role suits your background and experience please reach out directly to Ed Yardley () for a confidential conversation.
