In this role you will be tasked with managing the program relationship between the Silicon Architects and ARVR Silicon Team for Custom Silicon Hardware, Software and Firmware Development. Qualification7+ years of Technical Program Management experience 3+ years' experience managing Silicon Hardware development projectsprograms Experience working with Silicon Hardware, Software, and Firmware Development teams.Ability to lead successful collaboration between the cross-functional Silicon Architecture, Hardware and Software teams.Strong PM skillset, able to efficiently develop schedules, identify critical paths, bottlenecks, and maintain execution throughout the duration of the programs while effectively communicating program statuses, identifying potential risks and setbacks, and developing mitigation strategies.Experience managing delivery of hardware for the development builds and ensuring qualification to meet mass production timelines.PMP or PMI certificateBachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
