Description:firstPRO is seeking a full-time Systems Analyst to join our client onsite in Wilmington, DE on a hybrid schedule. The Systems Analyst will administer, monitor, and troubleshoot business applications, ensuring smooth functionality and alignment with business requirements. Draft specifications based on business needs, develop solutions, test changes, and maintain compliance with security and policy standards. Key Responsibilities Resolve application issues with configuration, reporting, and performance, providing 247 on-call support and assisting with upgrades. Define specifications, implement changes, and document testing to meet business needs.Support roadmaps, schedules, and budgets, ensuring policy compliance and coordinating with vendors as needed. Qualifications Knowledge of Oracle SQL OR PLSQL Strong prioritization, problem-solving, self-management, communication, and compliance with policies. Must have:Oracle SQL, PLSQL PeopleSoft Financials, OR Oracle Customer Care and Billing.
