This role involves collaboration with Practice Group Leaders, the Executive Committee, and other top decision-makers. It is also responsible for real-time financial dashboards and profitability models.Key Responsibilities:Generate monthly financial performance reportsConduct financial analysis, planning, and operational metric reportingLead formulaic compensation reporting and collaborate with the Payroll teamAnalyze historical data to support pricing and billing rate proposalsSupport strategic pricing initiatives with financial modeling and data insightsExtract and summarize data from multiple sources for internal and client reportingPrepare ad hoc reports and respond to financialstatistical surveysContribute to the annual budgeting processAssist in the development of profitability models and best practices in financial analysisExperience & Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of financial analysis experience, in a law firm Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, data science, computer science, or a related fieldStrong knowledge of law firm business processes, including pricing and budgetingAdvanced expertise in financial modeling and Excel functionalitiesThis hybrid role requires a presence in the Los Angeles office at least 2 days a week, providing an excellent balance of flexibility and teamwork.
