Compensation: To $120K.Job Overview - Senior International Tax Analyst - 33205A global manufacturing leader is seeking a Senior International Tax Analyst to join and support the growth of its Tax Operations team. This position reports to the Senior Manager, International Tax Operations. The Senior International Tax Analyst will play a key role in managing the company's ASC 740 income tax provisions and ensuring compliance with income tax regulations. This position will involve a range of responsibilities aimed at supporting the company's international tax operations and process improvements.RequirementsPrepare and review quarterly and annual foreign ASC 740 income tax provisions.Manage quarterly and annual consolidated income tax account roll forward and reconciliation.Review foreign return-to-provision templates, including local GAAPIFRS statutory financials and local country tax returns.Prepare and review forms 5471, 8865, 8858, along with relevant statements and disclosures.Calculate and document booktax differences, Earnings & Profits (E&P), and Tested Income adjustments for foreign subsidiaries.Assist in maintaining the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) tax risk control matrix and coordinate internal and external audits.Prepare, maintain, and review tax records, returns, reports, and related materials to ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.Support the creation, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of process improvements within the Tax Operations function.Collaborate with finance, planning, and other business departments to exchange information and support special tax planning projects. Required Qualifications & Skills:3 to 5 years of relevant experience in public accounting or a multinational corporate tax environment.Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.Strong working knowledge of ASC 740 Income Tax Accounting.Proficiency with tax technology tools such as OneSource, Power BI, Excel, Alteryx, and PeopleSoft.Solid tax accounting technical skills.Effective verbal and written communication abilities.Strong organizational and project management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint), with expertise in data analytics tools like Power BITableau and Alteryx.Ability to build and maintain relationships with other Finance teams (Accounting, Compliance & Reporting, FP&A, Treasury).Ability to analyze financial statements, general ledger accounts, and prepare tax-related workpapers.Experience researching and interpreting domestic and foreign income tax laws and regulations. Preferred Qualifications & Skills:CPA license.Advanced degree in Tax is a plus.Previous experience in corporate income tax compliance.Familiarity with ERP systems like PeopleSoft or SAP.Experience with OneSource Income Tax and OneSource Tax Provision software.Familiarity with tax research tools such as BNA, RIA, or CCH.
