Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Healthcare ConstructionJob Summary: As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare construction projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage multiple healthcare construction projects simultaneously.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to them.Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements.Oversee procurement processes and manage subcontractor relationships.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.Prepare and present project reports, updates, and presentations to stakeholders.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and standards related to healthcare construction.Mentor and provide guidance to junior project managers and team members.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.Minimum of 10-15 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare projects.Strong understanding of healthcare facility regulations and standards (e.g., FGI Guidelines, NFPA).Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and other relevant tools.PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.Ability to travel within the region as needed.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based prehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
