We are partnering with a leading global law firm that is seeking a Practice Development Lawyer (PDL) with 4-5 years of private funds expertise. This non-partner track role supports the private funds practice by managing knowledge resources and supporting lawyer development.Responsibilities:Knowledge Management: Stay updated on private investment funds, regulatory changes, and industry trends. Maintain and curate precedents, databases, and other resources.Training & Development: Provide legal expertise, assist with training junior lawyers, and coordinate group CLEs.Collaboration: Work with BD, Library, and other teams to support the group's needs. Help with pitches, presentations, and business development novation: Partner with teams to test legal tech and knowledge solutions.Legal Research: Conduct complex legal research and support client projects.Requirements:JDLL.M. or equivalentExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsStrong service orientation and problem-solving abilityAbility to collaborate with lawyers and non-legal staffThis is a great opportunity for an accomplished lawyer to become an integral part of a highly successful practice.
