If you are a project manager with concrete experience, please read on:We are an industry-leading commercial concrete specialty subcontractor in the Greater Portland Vancouver Area Our team is dedicated to delivering innovative efficient and high-quality construction solutions to a diverse range of projects We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive team-oriented and growth-driven culture where every team member plays a crucial role in our success.We are seeking a strong Project Manager to join our growing team!What You NeedBachelor's degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field preferred or at minimum 5 years equivalent experience in concrete construction management 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial concrete industry Strong knowledge of concrete construction practices cost accounting budgeting and contract management Proficiency in project management software such as Procore BluebeamWhat You Will Be DoingResponsible for managing multiple commercial concrete projects from start to finish ensuring that each project is completed on time within budget and to the satisfaction of our clients The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction practices cost accounting budgeting and contract management This is a non-remote in-office and on-the-jobsite position Responsibilities Manage commercial concrete projects ranging in size from 50000 to 20 million Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and cost control measures Coordinate with Preconstruction Managers Assistant Project Managers Superintendents and other team members to ensure successful project delivery Creation. Review of Scope of Work Documents and Proposals Review and negotiate contracts and change orders with clients subcontractors and suppliers Commercial Concrete Blueprint Reading and Specification Review Commercial Concrete Quantity Takeoffs Creation of Site Logistic Plans and Project Schedules Construction Document Control RFIs Submittals and ASI Review Manage and monitor project billing and invoicing to ensure timely payment Collaborate with Safety personnel to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices Provide quality assurance and quality control QAQC support to ensure project standards are met Regularly report on project progress financial status and potential risks to executive management.Benefits401kDental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insuranceEmail Your Resume In Word ToLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
