Product Manager, Data Science & AIOur client is a private investment firm based in Boston, MA looking to hire a Product Manager. This individual will lead the overall vision, development, and ongoing strategy of products, with a focus on leveraging Generative AI and other top of the market methods in data science, machine learning, and analytics. The ideal candidate has prior experience in financial services, consulting, or private equity. This role requires 3 days per week onsite.Responsibilities:Implement solutions iteratively that drive value creation and operational efficienciesManage the product lifecycle from conception to launchWork closely with the sales and technical teams to identify user needs and use this for continued product developmentConduct market reseatch to stay at the cutting edge of techEnsure prioritization of features and functionalities that support data-driven decision-makingFoster a culture of innovation within the team and the exploration of new technologies and municate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in across the organizationFacilitate user testing and maintain stakeholder engagementQualifications:5+ years of proven success in a dynamic product management roleBachelor's degree in Product Design, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related fieldStrong understanding of Generative AI technologies and hands on experience using them in a business contextFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesExperience in managing cross-functional teamsProven track record of driving product vision and delivering resultsOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity & InclusionThe Hollister Group is an equal opportunity employer.
