We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow DeveloperImplementation Specialist who will be responsible for setting up, implementing, customizing, and maintaining the ServiceNow framework for a range of ITIL processes. This includes Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB, and additional custom applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in telecom, finance, insurance, and retail markets, as well as proven expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and PPM solutions.Responsibilities:ServiceNow Implementation & Customization:Develop, implement, and maintain ITIL processes within ServiceNow (Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Service Catalog, CMDB).Customize ServiceNow solutions, ensuring robust functionality and adherence to business requirements.Configure inbound email actions to auto-generate incidents, problems, and custom application requests.Create and manage order guides, complex workflows, and flow designer flows for efficient catalog items and IT processes.Technical Leadership & Solution Delivery:Provide expertise in requirements analysis and scoping estimates for ITSM & PPM implementations.Oversee and participate in ServiceNow instance upgrade and cloning activities.Lead the development and delivery of ServiceNow PPM (RequestProject Management) solutions.Development & Configuration:Configure Event Management (ITOM) by setting up connector instances and definitions.Implement custom applications, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, data policies, and service catalog components.Develop portal UI pages using AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.Create functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow modules and enhancements.Process & Standards Management:Establish scripting standards, release policies, ACL policies, SLA policies, and workflow designs.Define and implement coding standards (client-side and server-side) for custom applications and integration processes.Develop processes for Service DeskDesktop Support teams to follow within the ServiceNow tegration & Web Services:Design and configure web services using SOAP messages and call third-party services.Develop a strong understanding of WSDL and XML standards for seamless integrations.Qualifications:Domain Expertise: Experience in Telecom for web application development and production support.Technical Skills: Proficient in AngularJS, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and REST for ServiceNow UI development.ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Expertise in ITSM, ITOM (Event Management), PPM, and custom application development within ServiceNow.Web Services: Strong understanding of SOAP, WSDL, and XML for integration with third-party services.Documentation Skills: Experience creating functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow enhancements.Prior experience working with telecommunications terms, service types, and carrier billing platforms.Experience setting up processes for Service DeskDesktop Support within ServiceNow.Demonstrated leadership in instance management, including upgrades and cloning activities.
