A prominent defense firm seeks several attorneys at all levels, Associate and Counsel/Partner level with workers' compensation defense experience in California. Counsel and Partner level candidates do NOT need a book of business. Firm offers a varied and sophisticated practice, growth opportunities and a flexible work culture. Responsibilities: File review and legal analysis of workers' compensation claims Extensive legal research and drafting of client correspondence, discovery devices, summations, appeals and appellate briefs Regularly represent clients at depositions and hearings Manage cases from start to finish Qualifications: Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in California 2-12+ years' experience in workers' compensation Salary range 130k-200k+ DOE + Comprehensive Benefits Package + Bonus Please email resume to sara@
