Accounts Receivable Biller (Wisconsin/Minnesota)

Position: Accounts Receivable Biller (Remote) Responsibilities: Maintains basic knowledge of computer software and internet applications. Assists in answering resident billing issues. And Private Pay Refunds. Enter and maintain additional individual resident ancillary charges/services provided. Ensures that all proprietary, financial, and resident information is kept confidential. Respect and maintain confidentiality of the office, its records and restricted information. Qualifications: Must have 2 years min Wisconsin and/or MN billing experience for Long Term Care specifically Experience needs to be in Medicaid, Managed Medicaid and should include Managed Care. Medicare experience in addition to the above a plus. Proficient using PCC Proficient using Inovalon/Ability as a clearinghouse Confident in uploading claims to Forward Health and MINITS if in Minnesota. Knowledge of Medicaid forms needed for admission, payer change, status change in Wisconsin and/or Minnesota Ability to post cash in PCC PCC Trust experience Excel ability to run reports, sort items, etc from PCC.
