Join our winning team of Wave Makers and Go Getters and help us write the next chapter in the SCJ story.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Associate Brand Manager, International Consumer Brands - Pest Control Innovation will lead the development & execution of Innovation strategies and projects for the Insecticides business to enter new and disruptive segments of the Pest Control category. In this role, you will partner with the Raid & Baygon Portfolio and Equity teams as well as international marketing commercialization teams to deliver long-term strategic plans.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESShape holistic innovation strategies and create winning growth platforms for Strat 2030 by leaning into consumer insights and opportunities past and present research and analytical toolsPartner with regional marketing teams to ensure best in class innovation launches, including product development and commercializationWork closely with local and regional teams to understand local business and identify clear problems to solve to drive business growth and unlock the potential of our brandsPartner with RD&E organization to develop technical capabilities and strategic initiatives that create locally advantaged product solutionsPartner with Insecticides Innovation Marketing Lead build innovation strategies that align with International Innovation vision and strategyLead sustainability efforts for the innovation team in support of the total Pest sustainability leadShared accountability for Brands' P&L and shares globallyREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGBachelor's degree in marketing or related subject required and 5+ years of related work experience or 3+ years with an advanced degreeQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS Global experience/exposure3-5 years of marketing experience in developing consumer productsLeadership of cross-functional teamsSuccessful partnerships with agencies and ability to leverage IMC assets into executionMBA PreferredPassion for creativity and innovationComfortable working in ambiguity, and able to turn that to advantageHigh sense of urgencyDemonstrated team leadership and developmentJOB REQUIREMENTSFull-time onsite role in Racine, WisconsinRemote work is available once per week for eligible employeesThis role is eligible for relocationBENEFITS AND PERKSSC Johnson's total compensation packages are at or above industry levels.
