Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to join the CVS Health company as part of the IT Reporting & Analytics team. This team designs, publishes, and maintains IT metrics reporting across all areas of IT Service Management. Candidates who will excel in this role are self-motivated and focused on continuous improvement. This Sr Reporting Analyst role is primarily responsible for: Developing and maintaining complex algorithms for Availability reporting across applications, infrastructure, and shared services Developing data reconciliations and tools to research and analyze data with focus on improved analytics Governance of ITSM data integrity across Availability, Major Incident, and Major Problem Participating in special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests, as needed Maintaining documentation on reporting processes, procedures, and methodology Additional Job Information The candidate should possess strong technical and interpersonal skills and be willing to join a fast-paced, high-profile business area. The candidate will have the opportunity to propose areas for improvement through automation and tool development. Required Qualifications 2+ years of analytical experience in an Information Technology setting 2+ years of experience with Business Intelligence tools and methods like Power BI, Tableau or similar. 2+ years of experience with IT Service Management data, tools, and processes like Service Now, HP Service manager, Jira or similar. Preferred Qualifications Expert level experience with MS Excel & PowerPoint Intermediate level experience with SQL. ServiceNow DPM (Digital Portfolio Management) experience is desired. Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
