This company is local to San Jose and has less than 50 employees. The ideal candidate is fluent in Spanish and English. TYPE: Direct Hire LOCATION: 100% onsite PAY: $35.00 - $45.00 (depending on experience) SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, full time salary: $72,800 - $93,600 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Prepare, review, and submit weekly certified payroll and reports. Upload Certified Payroll reports for DIR and Non-DIR jobs through LCPTracker and other labor compliance software as applicable. Review internal and subcontractors' certified payroll reports for compliance (including verification of prevailing wages, craft classifications, fringe benefits, etc.). Perform periodic audits of certified payroll and process adjustments or corrections, as necessary. Communicate and respond to all incoming correspondence and queries from multiple clients and local agencies. Maintain complete and accurate Labor Compliance records for all projects. Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and best practices. Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with our team and clients. Work with AP & AR departments as necessary.
