We are seeking Residential Direct Support Associates to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our new residence opening in Manchester! About the home: This is a beautiful home in Manchester supporting 9 adult women. A position in our residential program will bring you inside the homes of individuals in order to provide significant, needed assistance in their daily routines. Share your compassionate energy as you accompany our members to the store, transport them to work, or assist them out in the community. Qualifications: * Minimum 18 years of age or older * Prior Direct Support experience preferred * Valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and automobile insurance for transportation requirements Due to the specific needs of the individuals in this home, applicants must be female. HoursSchedule: This is a full-time position. The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 8am-4pm. Compensation: $22.62 hourly What's in it for you?
