Junior ERP Resource Analyst

We are committed to delivering excellence in every product we offer and are looking for a dynamic Junior ERP Resource Analyst to join our team and help drive our ERP program.Position Overview: As a Junior ERP Resource, you will play a vital role in enhancing our manufacturing processes through precise batch size calculations and effective routing strategies. Key Responsibilities:Calculate optimal batch sizes for manufacturing based on demand forecasts and production capacity.Manage and optimize end-to-end processes in PTP (Procure-to-Pay), OTC (Order-to-Cash), and RTR (Record-to-Report) within the ERP system.Collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop and improve routing instructions for various products.Support the configuration and maintenance of ERP systems related to batch management and routing.Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.Work with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in batch production and routing.Conduct training sessions for staff on batch size calculations and routing procedures.Assist in testing and validating system updates related to batch and routing functionalities.Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.Monitor compliance with internal controls and best practices across all processes. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in an ERP role within the Consumer-Packaged-Goods (CPG) industry; internship experience will also be considered.Strong understanding of batch size calculations and routing methodologies.Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and their application in manufacturing processes (OTC, PTP, and RTR).Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization.Excellent problem-solving abilities and mindfulness.Effective communication and teamwork skills.
