Job Requirements Apassion for helping seniors A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family & friends, and all team members Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written Ability to work effectively as a team member Ability to work a flexible schedule to be present for department opening and closing as needed Job Responsibilities Responsible for managing and directing theFood Service Department in accordance with current State and local regulations Developand maintain a menu of high standards with a variety of meals prepared with topquality, nutrition and served attractively as well as cater to special dietaryrequirements while staying within budgetary guidelines Schedule,train and supervise all kitchen personnel Qualifications Highschool diploma or GED Requiresa minimum of two years' experience in the food service field, with a minimum oftwo years in a management capacity Certificates/Licenses: Current certificates and/or licenses as required byFederal/State/Local agencies.
