Breakfast Attendant

Job Description Responsible for the overall success of the hotel's breakfast service. Must assist guests with their food and beverage needs while in the dining area. Set up daily breakfast spreads. Ensure the breakfast items are well stocked throughout the service hours. Cleans the entire breakfast area, including vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping the kitchen. Provide personalized service to all guests. Takes inventory of the food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day. Prepares food and beverages, arranging items for self-service. Stocks coffee and other beverage dispensers. Clear and cleans tables as they are vacated. Heat required foods to safe levels, taking temperatures as required by the health department. Removes trash. Restocks self-service food and supplies as needed. Washes serving equipment, returning it to the proper location. Performs all other duties as assigned. We are proud to be an EEO/AA employer M/F/D/V. Must have the ability to anticipate the guests needs. Strong communication skills, both verbally and through written communications. Ability to work as part of a team and independently, in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work all shifts, and weekends/holidays as required. Ability to lift up to 65 pounds. Ability to stand, walk, and communicate with departmental staff in a professional and clear manner. Full knowledge of all relevant federal, state, and local regulations and sanitation standards.
