39386BR Requisition ID: 39386BR Business Unit: COR Job Description: As a member of this team, you would contribute to CDM Smith's mission by: Analyze, design, develop and test Oracle ERP applications extensions, customizations and integrations. Provide comprehensive application support to assigned ERP business areas, including troubleshooting user issues. Analyze business requirements and architect an effective end-to-end solution. Plan and lead the implementation of multiple Oracle-ERP R12 application projects. Facilitate and participate in the Implementation cycle, including Requirements Gathering & Analysis, System Design & Development, Testing, and Implementation. Conduct and certify testing of ERP application solutions including functional, technical, integration, performance, recovery, and user acceptance tests. Provide updates to business process owners, key stakeholders and PMO team on project tasks and activities. Document functional and technical specifications, development tasks, system test plan, risk analysis and implementation plan using industry standard methodologies (OUM, AIM). Conduct Proof of Concept (POC) for feasibility studies. Mentor junior staff on business processes and other technical issues implementing ERP solution and troubleshooting existing solution. Perform a thorough Code review on deliverables to implement a quality check. Work with Oracle support on need basis to fix bugs with a data fix or a patch. Design and configure custom approval process using Oracle AME (Approval Management Engine) and Workflow. Develop and customize Oracle self-service pages using OAF (Oracle Application Framework), XML and Java. This is a hybrid position; may work from home up to 3 days per week. Job Title: Lead ERP Applications Developer Group: COR Employment Type: Regular Minimum Qualifications: • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and at least 10 years of progressive experience as a Technical/Functional Analyst or a related role with a Project Accounting focus. In the alternative, at least a master's degree or its equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field and at least 9 years of experience as a Technical/Functional Analyst or a related role with a Project Accounting focus would be acceptable. • At least 5 years of experience with project billing experience/support • At least 5 years of experience with Oracle financials • At least 5 years PLSQL development experience • At least 5 years BI report and OAF development • At least 5 years of experience with integration with project accounting and third party systems • At least 5 years of experience with working on a cross-functional team with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
