We are seeking a charismatic and professional Host/Hostess to greet guests and ensure their dining experience starts positively. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, and a passion for providing outstanding hospitality. Responsibilities: Warmly welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant. Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus. Maintain accurate seating charts and organize reservations. Monitor the dining sections to ensure proper seating rotation. Answer phones and assist with reservations and inquiries. Handle guest concerns with professionalism and escalate to management when necessary. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entrance area. Requirements Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of restaurant operations and fine-dining etiquette is a plus. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Salary Description $9.00 plus tips
