QA Returns Coordinator Gaffney

Position Summary The ab-Deco Returns Coordinator is responsible for managing order/product return requests related to Customer cases and packages. Responsibilities Responsible for creating call tags for orders after case approval. Coordinating the facility routes for returned merchandise and working with the facility designate(s) to inspect product and make determination if a redo or credit is authorized. The Returns Coordinator will log all returns in the Returns Spreadsheet and reach out to the ASR/CSR team regarding a resolution. Work with Shipping to coordinate call tagged merchandise. Providing tracking information back to the customer as well as the ASR and CSR teams. Maintain records of Returns and call out potential actions to be taken/root cause analysis on repeat returns. Other duties as assigned by the management team. Qualifications Qualifications High School Minimum 2 years QA or Production experience. Excellent Oral and Written Communication. Friendly and Willing to Assist multiple departments. Preferred a minimum of 2 years' experience in the QA or Production field. ab is an affirmative action and equal opportunity employer.
