SOX Program Office - Assistant Vice President supports the SOX Program Office's Operations Director in overseeing and facilitating the core operations of Citi's SOX program, as well as managing Citi relationship with it's external auditors, group personnel and IT budget. a Responsibilities: Maintain the Book of Work for the SOX Program Office, coordinating with all SOX team leads to obtain status updates on all SOX projects Oversee the SOX program's training dissemination across business segments Support the evaluation and documentation of issues (identified through internal sources / external audit) using quantitative and qualitative factors to determine SOX severity classification as per defined methodology and materiality assessment framework Assist in the ongoing tracking of SOX issues remediation, working with cross-divisional stakeholders Assist in quarterly senior management reporting processes, including preparation of materials, review decks, memos, etc. Assist management with managing the quarterly MCA assessment process for the SOX Program Office. Help manage the invoicing and the consultant onboarding process for Citi's external Support the SOX Deficiency analysis team and the Quality Control teams in their quarterly review processes, as required Help manage Group Employee Engagement meetings as well as lead the execution of multiple employee engagement program initiatives Assist in the review and improvement of SOX Program methodology and practices, including innovation initiatives and maintenance of policies and procedures Be a change agent to deliver and maintain a best in class SOX program Manage multiple competing priorities and meet strict deadlines, both internal and external Qualifications: 4-8 years of experience. Excellent PowerPoint presentation and Excel skills Excellent project management and organizational skills. Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel Self-motivated and detail oriented Education: Bachelor's/University degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
