Responsibilities - Update and maintain contract documents, including document logs - Review, process and distribute accurate submittals and RFIs - Participate in and write notes, instructions, or minutes from meetings that clearly communicate discussion agreements, decisions, and actions - Participate in change review meetings and Project Financial Forecast Meetings - Assist in coordination of trade contractors to meet project schedule - Review, understand, and follow Baseline requirements - Support all safety efforts in the field, including: leading safety orientations, conducting and documenting safety inspections, and implementing changes as needed - Stay informed of all field activities - Track work in place and productivity - Contribute to daily reports and documentation - Participate in quality control activities and ensure trades are adhering to quality practices - Establish credibility among trade contractors by maintaining a fair and trustworthy environment - Understand Site Services/NEXT 150 as a project resource - Participate in stretch and flex and daily huddle - Increase understanding of contract documents and scopes of work - Participate in ERGs and Peer Group meetings and events Qualifications KEY COMPETENCIES - Communicate Effectively - Listen to understand and clearly convey information in all forms based on the audience to ensure shared meaning of the message. - Act Inclusively - Ensure that actions and behaviors are respectful; show empathy and treat others with dignity. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management - 0-1 years of experience or internships with a construction organization - Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES - Some knowledge of commercial/institutional construction project - Knowledge of Procore - Good capabilities in Microsoft Office programs - Strong technical and communication skills are critical - OSHA 30 hour certification required - First Aid, CPR Trained For California the pay ranges from $31.15-$47.07 per hour plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program. For Nevada, New York (Upstate), & Virginia (Northern) the pay ranges from $28.080-$39.66 per hour plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program. For Connecticut, Maryland, Minnesota & Rhode Island the pay ranges from $29.62-$42.84 per hour plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program. For Colorado & Illinois the pay ranges from $28.50-$40.72 per hour plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program. For District of Columbia & Massachusetts the pay ranges from $30.77-$42.84 per hour plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program. For New York City the pay ranges from $33.08-$45.48 per hour plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program.
