Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Palmer, MA. This strategic role will work closely with the General Manager to drive organizational design, offer expert coaching, and support site transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading HR functions in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement. Work Environment : This is an on-site role. Key Responsibilities: Lead workforce planning and talent management initiatives to ensure the organization has the right skills and capabilities to achieve its objectives. Facilitate organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication throughout the process. Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on best practices in people management, performance improvement, and employee relations. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance leadership capabilities and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Serve as a trusted advisor to the General Manager and other senior leaders on HR-related matters. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance morale, retention, and overall job satisfaction. Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Maintain accurate HR records and reports, leveraging HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making. Critical Competencies for Success Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role. Strong expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development. Excellent coaching and advisory skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with senior leaders. Proven experience managing complex HR projects. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Pay range: The target salary for this role is $125,000-$150,000 annually. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to receive a variable incentive pay component. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications as they relate to the job requirements. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
