Day.Aspirus Inc. in Wausau, WI is seeking a CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE to join our team!The Contact Center Representative assists patients and community members by managing customer service calls; may schedule patient appointments while following established protocols that promote patient satisfaction and schedule efficiencies.HOURS: Part-time 0.6 FTE, 48 hours per pay period. Call Center may be open 24 hoursday, 365 days per year and additional tasks or hours may be assigned.ExperienceQualifications• High school diploma or equivalent required• Associate degree in Business Administration or Health Care Business Services or other applicable area preferred.• Minimum of one-year call center experience strongly preferred.• Prior healthcare administrative experience preferred.• Prior customer service experience strongly desired.• Ability to proficiently use a computer and type required.• Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation to type patient information.• Attention to detail to ensure data integrity.• Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.• Excellent listening skills, eye, hand, and auditory coordination.• Willingly accepts change and proactively offers ideas and suggestions.• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with providers, patients, staff, and the public.• Possesses a high degree of accuracy.• Ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities.• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, under pressure, with time restraints.• Ability to cope with rapidly changing demands for records (fast-paced work environment).• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding all phases of work.• Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding HIPAA and release of information.Employee BenefitsFull benefits packages available for part- and full-time status.PTO accrual from day one!Generous retirement plan with match available.Wellness program for employees and their families.
